This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines governing the use of services provided by LeapDigitals, LeapDigi, and LeapDigiPK (collectively referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for:

  • Content Compliance: Ensuring that all content you upload, host, or distribute through our services complies with this AUP and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Backups: Maintaining backups of your data and content. While we take regular backups, we do not guarantee the integrity or availability of these backups.

  • Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor your use of our services to ensure compliance with this AUP. However, we are not obligated to do so.
  • Violations: If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
    • Issuing a warning or suspension of your account.
    • Terminating your account and deleting your data.
    • Reporting any illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
  • No Refunds: Violations of this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of your services without refund.
